Please fix the FOG and SMOKE, ATi!

The ATi Radeon is an exceptional card in many areas. However, users of this product feel upset that fog and smoke are often either not displayed, or displayed with a larger than normal FPS hit. So please, ATi, on behalf of all signers of this petition (and even thousands upon thousands of non-signers), fix the fog and smoke rendering!
