Reinvigorate the U.S. through the Production of a MAGLEV Train System

I believe that much of the crises facing the U.S. (economy, wars over petroleum, housing, tourism, gasoline, environment) are due to not having sufficient transportation to keep it running effectively.

How would we, as humans, function with clogged arteries? Metaphorically, it's as though our auto industry and road system have become the U.S.'s own version of over-intake or over-indulgence of fast foods.

Transportation gets you to work, expands your cultural mindset, relieves you through recreation, and benefits various cities through bringing tourists and possible future residents.

We all know how the price of gasoline affects the way we can spend or even possess expendable income. We all have sat in traffic jams on our way to something important. We all see how the vehicle exhaust has affected the world, especially at the poles and the polls.

I believe that, just as living things need adequate circulatory systems, communities need to unclog the blocks before we have another cardiac arrest in the heartland, such as with the declining auto industry.

I believe that the manufacturing world of the heartland served as an area that pumped new breath outward to every edge of our great country through Route 66. I think this should be the place to unclog those arteries, yet again.

I believe MAGLEV trains, or an even more advanced railway, is the way to go.

I have seen the decline in many urban areas that were once grand places, simply because people don't want to drive downtown due to traffic, length of time, and gas prices.

Many people don't travel for fear of flying.

I believe that that once great romanticism and mystery that people shared with hopping aboard trains can return.

I'm ready to stop the isolationism between our own borders bring back a breath of fresh air and a shared American spirit.

Let's create new jobs to keep America working.
