Repeal section 377 as soon as possible

I am appalled that there are no threads regarding the LGBT section , I guess we have to start somewhere My petition is pretty simple. Drop section 377 that the SC already abolished in 2009. It is very immature of the SC to be swayed so easily in judgement after making a landmark decision which gave rights to MILLIONS of LGBT. LGBT rights are in fact human rights and I urge the SC to be a little more quick and consistent in the matter since it affects a huge load of people, and a pending decision provokes the feeling of uneasiness , guilt and tension which can be a burden mentally. I hope this petition gets a 100,000 signatures and finally wakes up the SC from it's ignorant slumber. People's lives and safety are should be the main priority, not be held back by an irrational feeling of "Queasiness" . The age we are is 2012 , and the fact the SC is taking and conducting surveys while the rest of the Developed world is far ahead and liberal on the issue is just saddening and disappointing. LGBT rights are Human rights. I wish the SC would do it's research and promote fundamental human rights on the matter and not just worry about a few religious sentiments being hurt .
