Resident Evil Outbreak: Confidential

This petition here is a request to those a Capcom to continue the series known as Resident Evil Outbreak. The fans demand a 3rd installment for the Resident Evil: Outbreak series. The list of pleas are below...







1.) Playable on the PS3, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360.







2.)The third edition should be a combination of REO and REO:



File #2 scenarios in one game.

1.Outbreak- REO



2.Wild Things- REO: File #2



3.Underbelly-REO:File #2



4.Below Freezing Point- REO



5.The Hive-REO



6.Flashback-REO:File #2



7.Desperate Times-REO:File #2



8.Hell Fire-REO



9.End of the Road-REO:File #2



10.Decisions, Decisions-REO







(Excluding the Training Grounds and Elimination



scenarios)







3.)Same features as in REO: File #2 in regards to the gameplay,



controls (note: Adding control configuration F. that was used in Outbreak 1 would be nice to have), nightmare mode selecting who you want on your team, the selection of NPC, data conversion, walking while you shoot, etc.







4.)It would be more realistic if the AIPC's that is teamed up with the main selected character is shown in their cutscenes and ending movies.







5.)The A.I needs to be smarter than the pervious versions.







6.)When it comes to killing a zombie or any other enemy, to keep it realistic, their bodies shouldn't disappear. When the Hunters are killed, their corpse does not disappear.







7.)Online play for the PS3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii.







8.)When it comes to playing as an NPC's, it would be better when an NPC is calling for another characters name (i.e David, Elliot, etc.)that they actually say their name instead of nonsensical phrases. The same should go for the playable characters as well.







9.) All NPC's should have different voice actors. (I.e Will and Mr. Black being a Jim-type and having the same voice actor.) It's not that hard to have different voices for these characters.







10.) If an NPC's is picked, certain characters like Linda who is an NPC shouldn't be used in scenarios such as "End of the Road", unless she is involved in the initial storyline.







11.) More zombies in certain areas of the scenarios.







12.) The voice actor of Mark from Outbreak 1 seems perfered than the one in Outbreak file #2.







May Capcon take these thoughts of the fans with great consideration. We as the fans of the Resident Evil series would love to see the Outbreak series continue, and with Resident Evil Outbreak 3 or Resident Evil Outbreak



Confidential made, it would please the fans greatly. With that said, I am sure that Capcom would make more of a profit in regards to the sells of this game this time around.
