Many fans have been impressed not only by Pepe Mel's desire to bring a more exciting style of play to West Bromwich Albion, but also by the personal integrity, humility and kindness he has demonstrated during his time at the Club, in what have been difficult circumstances.
Consequently we, the undersigned, believe that Pepe Mel should be retained as Head Coach for the 2014-15 season and that he should be proactively supported by the West Bromwich Albion Board, in whatever ways it can, to implement the style of play he thinks is most appropriate.
