Rub it in Terminator's face

A short while back it was fashionable to talk about amending the consitution so that foreign-born girl-groper Arnold Schwarzeneger could become president. Now, of course, his poll numbers are so low that there's no way he'll ever be elected to anything. So let's ask for that amendment, just to rub his unpopularity in his face.
