Exmo.Sr.Ministro Marco Aurélio Mendes de Farias Mello Sou contra a matança de animais em cultos religiosos, rogo pelo provimento do recurso interposto nos autos da Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade n.º 70010129690, pela qual está sendo invocada a inconstitucionalidade do parágrafo único do artigo 2º, da Lei Estadual nº 11.915/2003, que excepciona e, portanto, permite a prática de sacrifício de animais em cultos religiosos, para que seja considerada inconstitucional essa prática.
