Save the "Condy"

Dear comrades-in-arms, I am very distressed to tell you that evil powers are trying to replace the "Condy" unit (the unit of choice for linear dimmer switches) by using the Volt!

This is not progress my friends, this is conservatism, going from the light to the darkness, from the heights of human intelligence to the depths of intolerance.

We must rise up and fight this injustice that happens before us, under our noses and in-front of our eyes. For at a major research institution the evil forces of indignation are planning the demise of our inspiration. Even at these places of ingenuity, the safe-house for the good of human genius, evil steps forth and must be stopped, for else who know where he will stop?

Join me friends, and bring back the "Condy".
Let us not retreat from the devil of the evil, but run towards the good of the true.
Save the "Condy", and ditch the Volt.
