To Whom It may concern: Recently, during a call to Wizards of the Coast Product Support, a member of your support staff divulged that production on the Magic: the Gathering Interactive Encyclopedia had been halted, with no plans to renew production. When asked if support for the product would continue, the representative responded that you "still kind of support it. You will be able to download the Apocalypse Patch, but we are not sure about further releases." We were all given the choice of either playing Magic: the Gathering via the Magic: the Gathering Interactive Encyclopedia or through a free product such as Apprentice, and chose the MTGIE. We have, since the release of the MTGIE, suffered through a very laggy chat server, undependable connections, an unsupported technical staff, and lack of general improvements that we had every right to expect for the $40+ that we paid for the program. Through all of these, we supported the MTGIE and Wizards, built a relatively large, close-knit community, and found our own workarounds for the inherent glitches that have plagued the MTGIE since day one. We sincerely hope that, if in fact support is planned to be discontinued, you will reconsider. Also, since the stoppage of production of the MTGIE, we have likewise seen a decrease, and nearly a halt, in the plentiful growth that our community was experiencing. This is a shame since the MTGIE is becoming a workable alternative to Apprentice. We were willing to pay the price, do not make this decision come back to haunt us. We have no desire to use the, quite frankly, inferior programs such as Apprentice, nor do we wish to deal with the rather unfriendly environment perpetuated in the Apprentice Community. Again, please reconsider your decision.

244. Ryan Chorzempa | Are you honestly willing to lose the support of the ENTIRE MTGIE community by refusing to continue production of it? If your answer is yes, you might as well hand back every dollar given to you for this product, because it is by all means NOT worth it.

242. Nuno Goncalves | Most of the people who purchased this product purchased it because of the fact that there would be patches whenever a new set was released. Denying that to those of us who support you would be backstabbing a major part of the mtg community!

240. Colin Glatz | You should definatly not stop the updates. You sold the program saying that you would be able to download ALL new expansions, and that is the only reason many of the customers bought the program. That is really a bad decision for WotC to make, and I highl

237. Jose Ramon Diaz Ramos | MTGIE is the best way to online play with everyone in the world. If after buying it you can't keep on playing with whoever you want because you don't have access to the new releases, maybe the best solution is that you bring my money back, because if you
