Sell Fair Trade Coffee on Ryerson Campus

Theere is a crisis crippling the coffee industry right now, and it is destroying the livelihoods of twenty-five million coffee-growing families in fifty countries around the world; however, there is something that we can do to help. It is as simple as selling Fair Trade Certified coffee on Ryerson Campus.





















Currently, York University, University of Toronto, and McMaster University carry Fair Trade Certified coffee on campus. In fact, McMaster University has an official Fair Trade Purchasing Policy with respect to coffee.





















It is 'fair' time that Ryerson has Fair Trade coffee widely availavle on campus. We, the undersigned, want Fair Trade Certified coffee available at every place where coffee is sold on campus on a daily bases.





















Fair Trade plays an important role in alleviating the poversty suffered by people in poor countries. Let's engage Ryerson University as an active agent that is part of a solution rather than adding to the problem. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
