Preamble
(1) We request that Bell Mobility and the Councl of Minden Hills work with the Cottagers Associations of Gull and Denna Lakes to find an environmentally acceptable alternative to tower W2204, located near Miners Bay Ontario, for the delivery of cellular services to the area. The solution must comply with any Dark Sky requirements or proposed requirements in the impacted area.
(2) We request the Council of Minden Hills develop a cell tower policy that will ensure the suitability of any cell towers within its jurisdiction. The devloped procedure must include consultation with residents/cottagers, cottage associations, in the area impacted by the tower visibility during both daylight and night time hours.
