Severe air pollution from an industrial plant setup by Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd. at Serve No-222 Village Nakrawadi- Rajkot(Gujarat) due to Manufacturing of Fuel Pellets and Organic

Dear sir, With reference to above subject, it is clear that toxic pollution substances have been created and released by Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd.- Nakrawadi- Rajkot(Gujarat) in surrounding area I humbly bring to your notice that Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd. has been issued following notices by Gujarat Pollution Control Board –Gandhinagar 1. Gujarat Pollution Control Board Show cause Notice No: CCA-RJ-249/11074 dated:11/04/2007 2. Gujarat Pollution Control Board Show cause Notice No: CCA-RJ-249/29849 dated:21/10/2008 3. Gujarat Pollution Control Board 31-A Notice No: CCA-RJ-249/1191 dated:21/01/2009 4. Gujarat Pollution Control Board 31-A Notice No: GPCB/CCA-RJ-249/ID-19607/56535 dated:07/08/2010 Gujarat Pollution Control Board -Regional office Rajkot visited Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd.- Nakrawadi- Rajkot(Gujarat) on 09/09/2010 and noted on in the report that there is unauthorized storage, very poor housekeeping, air pollution problem, bed smell in surrounding area, other nuisance observed during visit no compound wall or fencing is observed, burning of toxic waste is observed moreover unit has not compliance earlier issued notice of direction under section 31-A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution)Act -1981, Regional office Rajkot has submitted its report at Head office -Gujarat Pollution Control Board-Gandhinagar and Head office again issue notice under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution)Act -1986 of 5(A)on 26/10/2010 and file court case against Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd.- Nakrawadi- Rajkot(Gujarat) in Rajkot court regarding pollution with case No:12738 on 10/11/2010. This states that Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd. has violated all rules, regulation and deadlines given in notice ( issued by Gujarat Pollution Control Board) and that is why Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd. looses the opportunity of being heard now and must be directed to shutdown its unit by concerned authority. These stated notices firmly indicate the immense damage & harm caused to our environment by Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd. and spreading the pollution in surrounding areas affected 7 village like Sokhada,Nakrawdi,Pipalia,Nagalpar,Rajgadh,Hadmatiya,Khijadiya. This also damages the fertility of near by soils and farms & create problem of health.
