Sirens

We the peoples of the United States of America would like to see sirens put up in the United States to warn us of a Emergency. As I am sure we do not have sirens here to warn us of a Tsunami, Hurricane, Bombs(Etc...). We would love to see our tax money secure us in a way of safety as human minds can not react fast enough to a tsunami 30 mins away as we could get into our basements. We would love to see us in somewhat of a manner feel secure.
Thank you Uncle Sam for doing this.
