in the 21st Century where most of the world is against animal cruelty, in this case, brutality.
The Bulls are submitted to all sorts of abuse even before the day they are to be killed.
Once this horrible event starts, people on horses with long metal rods that have a huge hook at the end, prick the animal repeatedly, with the horses sometimes getting killed or injured by the terrified bull.
When the bullfighter comes in, he stabs the animal again with knife-like metal rods that he sticks near the spine of the animal, leaving about 8 of the rods hanging from the bull so they hurt, bleed and are weakened.
Many bulls get so desperate that they try to escape that hell jumping out of the ring and into the tribunes.
Go to http://www.myspace.com/stopbullfightingnow if you want to learn more about this barbaric event.
At the end, the bullfighter tries to kill the Bull at once by sticking a long sword behind
animal's neck but they miss all the time and the animals are left with horrible wounds, and
start to agonize, contorting, convulsing and spitting blood in front of the cheering crowd until they die or are brutally killed.
It is unbelievable that this happens in this day and age, it is a HORROR that must be stopped.
This animals do not deserve this torture just for the enjoyment of a few.
