Stop Copyright Changes

Youtubers, are you sick and tired of going to a video and hoping to hear a song, but then are brutally disappointed because it is either muted, or it's not the right song? You are not alone! Many Youtubers just like you click on videos everyday to listen to a song and see a little video to go along with it, but they are denied that because of Copyright claims by the music companies.

So to fix this problem Youtube has decided to either ban, mute, or force an audio swap upon these videos. Youtube thinks that by doing this they are punishing the video makers, but they are not really because it is making it troublesome for the viewers. Then, why are they doing this? We do not know why. Possibly because the music companies are partners with Youtube and the more views their videos get the more money they get? Possibly because Youtube and the music companies do not want us to pursue simple hobbies and delights that come from Youtube? No matter what the reason, this needs to end!

I propose that Youtube stops the copyright muting, banning, and audio swapping, and changes it to something more enjoyable by everybody. For example, they could make sure if the content is copyrighted, that the video has a link to the original video, or the artist's music company's page, or even both. Whatever they come up with, they should do something else, because I speak behalf of a lot of other people when I say that the copyright really suck.

We need to put an end to these silly copyright changes before Youtube annoys its viewers too much and forces them to move onto other video sites, and Youtube is left with nobody. If you are with me, then join this petition!
