This petition is for all the people of shafter, wasco, bakersfield that drive down palm ave. everyday for work, there are some really bad intersections out in the country where accidents occur very often, one major one the intersection of merced and palm ave. We the petitioners believe there should be a four way stop at this intersection to help prevent bad accidents and possible deaths. There have been way to many accidents at this intersection over the years and we want it changed.
