Stop Spoiling Christmas!

I love Christmas and all that it stands for - time with family and friends - giving and receiving special gifts. However it gets completely spoilt and the true meaning forgotten in society's greed to make more and more money. I couldn't believe that there were Christmas cards on display in a large well known cheap card shop today! This means (including the January sales) Christmas items are in the shops for 6 months of the year!!! This is ridiculous! I am only grateful that I no longer have small children who will be asking for the next 5 months if Santa is coming yet?!! I ask you to sign this petition for banning Christmas items in retail stores until the beginning of November. (Only exception being "Christmas" shops). People will still have plenty of time to buy what they need as many gifts do not actually have to be the specific ones that are created just to be a Christmas brand! People who are ultra organised and like to buy early have probably bought cards in the January sales. Thanks
