Stop WWIII

Being that the Economic Crises that precipitated World Wars I and II (including the U.S. Default on Foreign Debt in 1933) was primarily-caused by failures within the Banking System (failures that resulted in negligent bank investments, illegal lending practices, and more, producing Bankruptcy and Collapse); and these illegal banking practices were proven to be caused by Negligent and Corrupt Insurance Practices (in Life Insurance---Pensions and Benefit Trust Funds, Mutual Funds, etc.; and Health and Accident Insurance illegalities---failures to pay due benefits, paying undue benefits, etc.) we do, hereby, PETITION THE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL COURTS AND GOVERNMENTS (IN CALIFORNIA) TO ENFORCE THE REMEDIES PROPOSED IN THE POST-WORLD WAR II "1948 STANDARD INSURANCE PROVISIONS", MINIMALLY (remedies that have been and shall continue to be law, inviolably and/or until the California Constitution is Amended, minimally......provisions agreed, entered-into and officially-recognized by all then-48 Secretaries of State and/or Commissioners of Insurance, in 1948).......as the California Constitution (Article 6, section 7, verbatim requires as "an inviolable right"). As these 1948 Standard Insurance Provisions (and Article 6, section 7; California Constitutional Provisions) were both-inviolably/unchangeably ESTABLISHED TO PREVENT THE CATASTROPHES THAT OTHERWISE RESULT (GRAND THEFT AND PENSION AND TRUST BANKRUPTCIES, EXTRAPOLATED, ECONOMY COLLAPSES; AND MASS MURDERS VIA BENEFIT DENIALS, WAR; EXTRAPOLATED, WORLD WAR, DECLARED OR NOT---AS SUCH DECLARATIONS REQUIRE PROPER GOVERNMENTAL/DISTRICT-JURY-TRIAL FUNCTION TO PROPERLY-OCCUR, BEFORE MASS MURDER, WAR, HAS PREVENTABLY-OCCURRED...THE REASON "SPEEDY AND PUBLIC JURY TRIALS" ARE A REQUIREMENT OF CONSTITUTIONAL-GOVERNMENT). We hold these Rights as inseparable with the lives these rights verbally-represent and, therefore, Petition our various Governmental Bodies for Redress of these grievances, which it shall be Negligent and Premeditated Homicide to fail to accomplish (both the official restoration of citizens' rights to use the District Juries they've paid to build and staff, to prevent these Murderous abuses, anytime sought; and the restoration of the recently-eliminated "Third Party Liability and Recovery Offices" to all governmental and quasi-governmental bodies, as Medi-cal, Medicare, and Social Security----to prevent the Economic Collapse and Mass Murders that a failure to recoup these due debts from Third Party, Private Insurers Must-Certainly-Produce)......AND THUSLY-PREVENT THE WORLD WAR THAT'S TWICE-FOLLOWED THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSES SUCH CORRUPT INSURANCE, INVESTMENT, AND BANKING PRACTICES HAVE PRODUCED.
