I, as a motion picture, digital effects worker, or affiliate of the motion picture and/or digital effects industry in the Province of BC, support the continuation of the HST tax, in order to support a sustainable and stable Motion Picture industry and thus preventing the probable loss of jobs which will directly affect 15,000 unionized motion picture workers in addition to 25,000 indirect positions which directly related and complementary to this industry and the economic benefit it brings to the Province of British Columbia.
