T-Mobile/Danger Sidekick II/III Net7 Error - Exchange Policy

As it stands... T-Mobile/Danger(SHARP, UTStarcom) do not replace/exchange the Sidekicks that are radio fried from OTA (Over the air) updates (such as mine) which are out of warranty even though it's T-Mobile/Dangers fault that they do not give you a warning that these updates may fry your device.("CODE: Net7", That's the error.) I am petitioning this for Sidekick II/III models only.

I petition T-Mobile/Danger to reconsider their policy on dead Sidekicks and start a new policy on the exchange of Sidekicks regarding the Net7 error. I ask that this be as stated: The current customers with these problems have their Sidekick's exchanged and they given a 6 month warranty and after that if they wish to extend their warranty 6 months for a reasonable cost, they may.
