Take the "Dignity Tour" to Europe

We publish this petition pretendig to speak in name of all Hilary Duff's fans, particularly the European fans.
We all have been supporting Hilary for years, in every way we could do this, often with great efforts and spending a lot of time and energy to help her reach the success she deserved in Europe too.
Every time she came here we always did our best to make her feel like she was at home and to make her feel our love.
We ALWAYS did this with love.
But 2 years have passed since the last time we could watch one of her beautiful shows, despite the good results of the last European tour.
We could never listen to "Dignity"'s song live, in fact the "Dignity WORLD Tour", that according to its name should have taken place everywhere in the world, unbelievably didn't take place in Europe.
But the worst thing was the way thay played along with us: in fact in summer 2007 it was told us everything about the european tour, that shoud have taken place in november. They told us when and even where it was set: everything seemed to be organised.
We couldn't really wait for that moment...we were so happy about this!
But something went wrong and it was told us to wait some months for the world tour to begin because of some problems.
We accepted this, because I think we are good fans, but now we discover that the tour it's over and there won't be any date in Europe...
We feel really disappointed and disenchanted for this decision, in fact we think it wasn't fair to set the dates and, after postponing them, annul the whole European part of the tour.
It wasn't fair because this is NOT a professional behaviour and because European fans, according to what I've said, didn't deserve such an unkind decision.
So this petition aim is to officially ask "Hollywood Records" and Hilary Duff's Management to give us the "Dignity European Tour" we could never have.
We realize that a petition can't be enough to force the organization of an international tour but we think is important to make them know what we think and how disappointed we are for this unprofessional and disrespectful (of our supporting work) behaviour.
The autorhs hope that this petition will be able to gather the voice of all european fans in a single and loud voice.
This petition will be sent to every website about Hilary Duff and to every teen-ager magazine in order to make it reach every single fan.
Ideas or suggestions are really appreciated, you are free to contact us for whatever you need.
This petition starts from Italy but it's for ALL Hilary Duff's fans, particularly European fans. We hope that people from other country (es. UK, Spain, France), who know those places and fan living in those places better than us, will diffuse this petition in every way they can.

Pubblichiamo questa petizione sperando di parlare a nome di tutti i fan di Hilary Duff, in particolare tutti i suoi fan europei.
E' anni che noi fan europei sosteniamo Hilary, in ogni modo a noi possibile.
L'abbiamo sempre fatto, anche facendo sforzi e sacrifici, spesso impiegando il nostro tempo e le nostre forze; ogni volta che ha deciso di venire da noi abbiamo sempre organizzato molte cose per lei, per farla sentire a casa col nostro affetto e il nostro amore.
Tutto questo l'abbiamo fatto col cuore.
E' da 2 anni perт che non possiamo assistere in Europa a un suo concerto nonostante gli ottimi risultati dell'ultimo tour europeo e ancora non abbiamo potuto ascoltare live le canzoni del nuovo album: infatti il "Dignity WORLD Tour", che per definizione dovrebbe essere MONDIALE, incredibilmente, non ha toccato l'Europa.
E la cosa peggiore и stata il modo in cui noi fan siamo stati illusi: erano addirittura state fissate le date e ci era stata data la speranza di poterla finalmente rivedere. Ma tutto saltт e in quel momento ci venne detto di aspettare, di aspettare solo qualche mese l'inizio del tour mondiale e che non ci sarebbero stati problemi.
Da buoni fan, comprensivi, abbiamo capito i suoi impegni e abbiamo accettato di aspettare di buon grado.
Ora perт veniamo a sapere che il tour и concluso, che tutto il mondo ha potuto vederla tranne noi europei...prima illusi e poi disincantati...prima le date vengono rinviate, e poi annullate.
Siamo stati illusi 2 volte.
Questa petizione и per chiedere ufficialmente alla Hollywood Records e al management di Hilary di poter avere anche in Europa il tanto desiderato World Tour, di poter avere anche noi la gioia di sentirla cantare dal vivo dopo ben 2 anni di attesa, nei quali non abbiamo mai fatto mancare il nostro supporto.
Ci rendiamo conto che una semplice petizione non puт bastare a spingere l'organizzazione di un tour europeo, ma ci sembra almeno giusto esprimere il nostro pensiero e far sentire la nostra voce, unita a quella delle migliaia di fan sparsi per tutta l'Europa, per far capire alla Hollywood Records e al management di Hilary quanto questa scelta ci abbia deluso.
Questa petizione verrа inviata a tutti i siti internet conosciuti dedicati a Hilary e a tutte le riviste per teen-agers che possiamo raggiungere.
La petizione parte dall'Italia, ma chi scrive spera che anche i fan degli altri paesi che la leggeranno e che si troveranno d'accordo con quanto scritto si preoccuperanno di inviarla alle redazioni dei giornali giovanili piщ importanti.
