The Super Paper Mario Sequel

Dear Nintedo,

We, the faithful fans of the Paper Mario series, would love to see a sequel to Super Paper Mario. We enjoyed the classic side scrolling gameplay instead of the RPG style battles used in earlier entries, and the ability to switch from 2-D and 3-D which was truly an innovation. Not only that, the characters from the game were the most humorous and likeable in the Paper Mario series, and they added to the very funny, yet touching story.

In short, we hope that when you receive this petition, you will consider doing a sequel to one of the best Mario games in recent memory, using the same gameplay elements and using characters from Super Paper Mario (such as Tippi/Timpani, Merlon, Count Bleck, the Pixls, etc.). It was truly a great game and many of us would love to see a sequel to it.
