To Re-instate the Omelette Bar At Nolans

We, the Undersigned, believe that the dinnertime omelette bar was an excellent instititon, and should be reinstated at Nolans forthwith.
Student lifestyles are characterized by limitations. Many students do not have time to burn 1000 calories a day, or have the money to buy food outside of the required meal plan. We need to achieve nutrition as efficiently as possible. The omelette station presented an ideal way to fuel up in between hitting the stacks. Eggs are extremely nutritious. They contain all nine essential amino acids, and are an excellent source of protein, healthy fats, and vitamin D. They promote health in all areas, including breast cancer health and brain health. On the other hand, burritos consist of highly processed ingredients and present little to no nutritional value. Furthermore, they narrow the focus of the Nolans menu. While the omelette bar represented a nutritional and taste alternative, the Tex-Mex bar brings nothing new to the table. Take away the Tex-Mex bar and its customers go back to cheesesteaks; take away the omelette bar and its regulars are alienated.
In summary, the omelette bar was far superior to the Tex-mex bar in a myriad number of ways. It was also popular among students, and poised to become a centerpiece of the Nolans experience. Please re-evaluate its your decision to end this beloved dining option.
Sincerely,
The Undersigned
