To Save Japenese Culture in America

I was starting the day as normal, drawing on an online oekaki ((A Japenese drawing program)), while searching on Barnes and Noble for my favorite mangas, when I found this. http://www.petitiononline.com/cutiepie/petition.html UGH. How can they even think of banning anime!
The person here obviously saw two older-targeted animes and didn't like it. Yet, for every bad anime, there's alot of better ones! After all, what about that Pokemon fad all of America wne through. Everyone in America loved that anime, and some of us still do! Not all anime is bad news.
And this person is so closed-minded to think Japan is a dark place! My aunt, uncle, and cousin are currently living in Japan, and its lovely there. Sure, their customs may be different, and some of us may not agree with it, but who are we to put it down? Anime and Manga is a beautiful comic art Japan has been gifted with, and it has influenced amny countries in the same way. I'll be damned if some Anti-Japan freak wants to take it away from us, go ahead and try!
Doesn't the Constitution of America clearly state freedom of practicing your own ways, freedom of speech? It doesn't seem that way if you have over a thousand people signing against a culture, just because its different!
Fellow anime lovers, I am fourteen, and I have loved anime since I first saw Pokemon, and many young people love it and Hamtaro, we cant just take that away. I agree, some anime is not meant for young children, but there is always a clear warning that says 'This is not appropriate fir those under age *Insert age here*'.
I urge you to sign this, so that when you pass by the bookshop, you can still smile at seeing your favorite anime or manga volume in the window.
