The decision by RaVeS and the Moderating crew of the Swirve Corporation in its recent permanent bannig of Epi is fundamentally unfair. It provides a double standard for judgement of what is deemed punishable and what isn't.
The implicit assumption is that any member of any status that breaks the rules is subject to the same rules and subsequent punishment. Members who choose to spend their time posting about cheating in game; running "bots", sharing logins, running more than the limit of allowed countries, or other violations of rules should be punished by means of temporary bans or permanent bans.
It is widely known that many members that are known cheaters are allowed to post based on technicalities of their posts, not outright stating that they run bots or run multies, but threatening with semantics.
The banning of Epi was based on the premise of admission of running a "bot" and the intent to cheat. The following were the posts that were deemed bannable:

if you're not in a clan, the clan you are most closely affiliated with will be getting some unexpected visitors.
Please have an nice day and peace be with you.

It is clearly obvious that there is no the admission of running a number of countries or claiming the ownership of that many countries, it clearly states that 500 countries will be used to hit whoever messages him at that time. It is also widely known that Epi has many friends in earth has he has played the game since the solaria and eesite times.
Therefore, the undersigned petition Swirve Corporation to reconsider its banning of Epi as unsubstantiated based on precedent set by other semantical technecalities which allow other members to remain posting.
