This Petition is to inform you, that I have signed the "Target, Please Start a Layaway in Your Stores!" Petition at: http://www.petitiononline.com/TPSL/petition.html.
I personally want Walmart Executives and Shareholders alike to know that because Walmart has decided to close it's Layaway, I have Petitioned Target stores to start a Layaway.
Once Target stores begin their Layaway, I will place items in Target's Layaway and make other purchases at Target as well.
I will shop at Walmart stores less often and at Target stores more often, mainly because of Target's Layaway Payment Option.
