Please sign this petition if you too have had enough of other houses rubbish flying into our yards and streets after recycling day due our current bins being shallow and having no lids.
Strong winds are the only apparent reason for our yards and streets being littered with rubbish and if we were to have lidded wheelie bins instead, we would have a cleaner, greener Porirua.
