I petition that there be an annual football competition titled "The Schaefer Bowl", after its creature.
The Schaefer Bowl would have LOWEST SCORING NFL pro football team of the season going up against the HIGHEST SCORING NCAA college football team, using NFL rules.
The amount of 'incentive to destroy' on the part of both teams would be unbelievable, not only at this particular bowl, but during the season as well. The pro teams would not want to face a great college team for fear of an embarrassing loss, a great college team would love to go up against a pro team for the glory of possibly beating them, and let's not forget, it would a NFL scout's dream game. We are talking more fierce competition all the way around. Just think about it for a minute...
