Youth and Educational rights in California

Dear state of California Officials and board of education,
The other day it occurred to me that life is revolving too much around good grades. Collages are freaking out over students getting "D"s when they're applying to collage. In addition to that car insurance is being dicted to how good your grades and the fact that I'm a male. Minors have few right and should have more say so in laws that involve minors. those who have signed this petition agree that minors are being discriminated against. We want to see more effort spent on Collages than preschools, we want a new grading system, we want local Californians to have a higher priority for collage than foreigners and those out of state. If you would consider making these changes possible. The real education is during life and not inside some class room.
