01 ACT AGAINST TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION
During the month of April, 2006, when Americans CHANGE paycheck exemptions (1-6) to ninety-nine (99) in protest of Taxation without Representation THEOCRATIC AUTHORITARIAN GOVERNMENT FIGURES WILL HONOR AMERICANS AS HUMAN BEINGS WITH RIGHTS & DIGINITY!

Public school institutions are a driving force in most countries.
American parents forced out of public schools as a result of youth and parental civil rights violations are still burdened with the expense of providing an appropriate academic education required under Constitutional Law. Lack of academic learning along with excessive theocratic government controlled Character Education - Service Learning curriculums have forced Americans out of public schools, meanwhile school boards are allotted federal, state and local funding but parents lack financial support even when school boards have denied them human rights. Reimbursement provisions without attachments other than related to educational expenditures are sought. Legislation requiring such compensation for these Americans is requested.
OR
Appeal all character education mandates and practices (separate & unequal education) in violation of human and civil rights, and lacking individualized curriculums, required for learning. Distractions, imminent threats and destruction of academic learning is occurring as a result of zero tolerance, standard exams/state tests/single criteria measurements, the six pillars of character and forced uniformity/conformity in absence of consent or opt out provisions, altering and violating religious freedom as well as standardizing children, youth and parents, limiting political, social, and religious views, revisionist-misrepresented history lessons and handouts, discriminatory practices and policies like single-sex schools, mandatory mental health exams, Boards of Education and School Labor Boards deciding career paths for American youth, and all other present mandates that violate civil liberties and human rights.
Each of the 16,000 public school districts are in need of an Attorney who represents parents and students, voted in by all residents with school age children.
