A Cry for A Mother & Son's Justice: for Dom Violence

It is a SHAME & it DISGUSTS me that knowing a 4 time Convicted Felon, and an Escapee, can be out of prison and Us The Vicitms, Have to Live day to day looking over our shoulder and watching every move we make!!! What happened to OUR RIGHTS as the Vicitms? The State here had to send my X in Leavingworth KS, our Home Address after we got out of Safety as My Son got into the JUV. SYS and in all the papers it states FATHER HAS NO VISITATION, it is his biological father, but there were no rights and he didnt claim him as I was raped by this man. "WHATEVER HAPPENED TO 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT" null void.....doesnt always happen...
I have tried so hard for many many years for my X husband, which whom I divorced in 1981, Think of it, YES 22 YRS OF STALKING, GUNS, HITMEN, HOSTAGE, AND THEN I MOVE HOME AND 700 MILES AWAY STRIKES AGAIN 3 TIMES! My Son while In school felt like a CRIMINAL he had to be taken out of school and finish his Schooling in the Police Dept.

This Man, has Shot at Myself, Ripped my Hair out, Hit Men after me, Held me Hostage Uncountable times, Couldnt show for court as I was held under his GUN , and went back to press charges again, and the STATE would not let me, due to I Was a no show in Court. I was forced by gunpoint to Call the sheriffs Dept and tell them I Couldnt press charges against him as it wouldnt be good for the Boys, They stated "Why didnt you tell us to bring a car?" how may I ask when You have a gun to your back and held in a hotel room afterwards CAN U DO THIS WITHOUT BEING SHOT AT AGAIN??? What is Wrong with OUR CONGRESS? WHERE ARE OUR RIGHTS AS HUMAN BEINGS, We are human beings, these are human lives, you dont mess around with these types of issues?? NOR OUR CHILDREN FOR THAT MATTER EITHER!
My older 2 boys, (I have my 3 sons by the same father) He took my older2 boys under gunpoint, (not a judge), a GUN, couldnt do anything about that, so many many police reports that everyone knew him by his first name, and knows his social just by first and last name.
The last time was in 2000 with a GUN and repeatedly stated that Candis should be dead. I could not at that time call the police, but after he left I Did, and also told them he called me back and I Knew where he was staying, they stated there was nothing they could do, if He decides to come back tomrrow as he says then call us.
SO MORE LESS WE AS VICTIMS ARE TO WAIT, until we are SHOT/KILLED. WHAT IS WRONG HERE? I have asked myself these questions over and over.
I could not go to court and testify against this man in 2000 as the Therapist said there is so much involved that I wouldnt make it. So he only gets 2 yrs, after being in Prison for several other FELONIES. This man MY X, is known in the NCIC as ARMED AND DANGEROUS, what does it take, until you get another statistic out there??? DEAD, and an 18 yr old that doesnt have anyone but his Mother?(But will not have until ALL IS SAID AND DONE AS THIS SICK MAN STATED, "YOU AND I WILL GO DOWN LIKE BONNIE & CLYDE" HOW SICK IS THIS. EVEN A PHSYC EVAL WAS DONE ON THIS MAN. IT just downright APPAULS me that I even after being put in SAFETY through the US. ATTY. GEN. OFF. that I cannot get a pemanent Protection Order, as he didnt make any threats while in Prison. This Man is not stupid he knows if he would have contacted me on the inside they would comtact the US ATTY GEN OFF. so no, I cannot get a Order, I have to await until he shows up again.
There are so many WOMEN/CHILDREN/and Men abused every minute, when is this going to stop. WHEN are these rules going to change to THROW THE KEY AWAY on these Criminals? PLEASE TELL ME WHEN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALONG TIME AGO. I live with the nightmares every night, when I hear a door slam it is the sounds of a GUN going off not a door, or children playing loud it is HIM SCREAMING AT ME.
Let me ask you there in Congress? Do any of you have Children? Would you allow this to happen to yours NO. I know better than this, what is it going to take to get something done. We as the VICTIMS dont get compensation for the MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, or PHYSICAL ANGUISH, we get lifetime therapy, we are the CRIMINALS not them.
IF I went and spit on a sidewalk I am sure that I would be arrested and thrown in jail. That sounds silly but this is how I feel Our System Is Backwards.
