A New Official Oasis Website

This petition is the result of years of disappointment. As explosive and
overwhelming Oasis is on stage, as unimpressive is its presence on the web.
Nowadays, with the internet becoming the medium 'par excellence' through
which we communicate, artists and companies of all sorts have experienced
that the internet is the best way to attract, inform and involve people in
their products.
It is inexplicable that a band with the status of Oasis doesn't have a
representative website to inform its fans, attract new ones. For good
examples, look at U2.com and bobdylan.com. Those are websites that are
informative, up-to-date, have regular news, exclusive downloads, and
special, web-only features.
Oasis has a loyal, hard-core fanbase that has been supportive of the band
through the years, either when they were on top of the world, or when they
were on the verge of a break-up. Therefore, i think it's fair to ask
Ignition management and Big Brother Records to put effort into the creation
of a website that serves the needs of one of the most loyal fanbases any
band could wish.
A great band deserves a great audience. It should be treated likewise.
