Allow Bangor High debate to go to Nationals

We call for the Bangor High Debate team be allowed to fund raise and go to the 2006 CFL and/or NFL national debate tournament(s) in May and June, respectively. The debate team has swept many tournaments this year and it's ludicrous to not allow them to go to nationals if they provide 100\% of their own funding and not hold Bangor High liable in case of emergency. So please allow the Bangor High 2005-2006 Debate team organize fund raising efforts to gain enough capital to go to nationals and go to the CFL and/or NFL tournament(s).
