As responsible adult citizens of the United States of America, we respectfully request the preservation of our right to determine the appropriate placement of our earned monies and our recreational activities. The protection of the few, at the constraint of the responsible many, is a travesty of democracy. Rather than create an environment where those who have gambling problems will work even harder to curcumvent any law placed in constraint of these activities, we feel that regulation of the industry, such as through age verification services, be encouraged in order to control a recreational activity that millions of Americans enjoy.
