Americans United Against The Implementation and Use Full Body Scanners

Though the threat of terrorism is both real and grave, having the Federal Government, via the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Safety Administration, contract to purchase and implement the use of full body scanners to each domestic airport is unwieldy, vastly expensive, and unnecessary. As citizens of these United States, the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution protects us from unreasonable search and seizure. Since the act of flying provides no reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing, we demand that this reaction to the threat NOT be considered or implemented.
