This petition is to pass county ordinance to ban improper disposal of motor oil, and vehicle consumables.
To compensate motor oil being thrown into trash containers, the cities recycler or trash company shall pick these items up separately at a designated location; such as the gas station. Or by phone from the persons disposing the used vehicle oil or consumables.
Improper disposal of vehicle consumables might add cancerous chemicals to the local environment, or the bay itself. If such chemicals reach the environment or bay, it will add to the pollution of farms or fishing areas.
