Barbados System

I have found Barbados system to be unfair and completely different than Canada and U.K. systems. As far as I'm concerned, Barbados is to follow the British ways however I feel this is not the case.
Having to attend courts both in Canada and Barbados, I'm not satisified as the system is backwards and extremely slow. Imagine, someone of the same charge both in Canada and Barbados, that someone gets his/her trial quickier, and I mean A LOT quickier.
Also, there are backlogs of cases awaiting. Think about innocent people having to suffer for something they do not commit. I understand the criminals who truly commit the acts are a different story but my point is, the system needs to be fixed.
We need to push the system for the fair and better!
