CHIN Radio has been a long-time supporter of the Caribbean community and programming. Recent changes have been made to reduce the popular Caribbean Connection (Monday to Friday) from 90 minutes to 30 minutes.
In February, 2010 host Jai Ojah-Maharaj sponsored the presentation of Kaiso 365 - a new Calypso and Soca show produced by the Organization of Calypso Performing Artistes (OCPA) and featuring 100\% Canadian content. The 90-minute show received very positive feedback but was cancelled by CHIN after three installments.
As a supporter of Canadian Calypso and Soca music we ask CHIN Radio 100.7 FM to bring back Kaiso 365.
