Bring Back The Azle High School Dress Code

We, The Undersigned, believe(expressed by our signatures) that the newly passed Azle High School dress code is outrageous. There is no plausible reason for the dress to be put into place. The school has had problems, however there is no possible way that the current style of dress has affected the school environment. Also, what about the parents? The majority of the parent(s) buy the clothing for their child, and you expect them to spend money on extra, most likely more expensive, clothing when the clothing the child already has is more than acceptable. I can understand a dress code, but the increased strictness of the newly passed dress code is taking an extreme that is not needed in the current high school. I ask of you, remove the uniforms, because they are not necessary, and highly unwanted. When the colonists in the 1700's felt oppressed by the British Parliament, they rallied around "No taxation without representation." We, The Undersigned, rally around "No uniforms without just cause." I do believe that we require a dress code, but do not punish the innocent for what some that do not represent the innocent have done.
