Bring Canadian Networks to the States

Many of the Canadian Networks such as CTV, CBC, and Global have many great programming options to offer that are not available in the United States. I find it appalling that all of Canada is able to receive all of the US Broadcast Networks, yet the only people who are able to receive the Canadian Networks in the United States are the people who live on the US/Canadian border. This petition to the FCC is to allow cable companies to carry the Canadian Broadcast Networks, such as the CBC, CTV, Global, and "The New" networks.
