Calgary Flames fans demand play by play annoucer change

We, The fans of the Calgary Flames, ask that Rogers Sportsnet replace Peter Loubardias with Rob Kerr as the play by play announcer for the upcoming 2009-2010 Calgary Flames NHL hockey season. Not only do we find Peter Loubardias voice as annoying as fingers raking over a chalkboard in the middle of an air raid, we also cannot stand his repeated use of the following phrases.:

- He sceeeeeoooressss.
- Bonavista Newfoundland
- A solid Jolt
- Both teams get wholesale changes
- Squirts.....
- And especially his obsession with the word `Carom`.

Aside from Rob Kerr`s apparent annoyance with Flames fans any time he goes near a telephone, we still much prefer his superior knowledge of the game, knowledge of the team, and on air presentation to that of the current announcer Peter Loubardias.

If Peter Loubardias is still the play by play announcer at the start of the 2009-2010 NHL season, we the Fans of the Calgary Flames vow to change channels and or mute our televisions at every commercial break denying Sportsnet`s 2 advertisers, Panago Pizza and Telus return on their advertising investments. Not only will this have a negative effect on on their sales, it will also put many penguins and a fat construction worker out of work.
