Castration of Yugoslavia

We, The Good Associaton of Yugoslavia(GAY), DEMAND that ALL males be castrated. This is not a petition that only applies to Yugoslavia, but the whole world. We say this because their are too many people, and we can't have that, so we demand that all males currently over the age of 18 are castrated, either physically or chemically. We realise this sounds a little much, but it would be a very positive thing because overpopulation is killing the world. Theres no food. So sign our petition.
