this Petition is to lift the day time use of loud car stereos
in this we ask for the right to listen to what we want from 10am-6pm with out
the risk of a 400$ fine
as it stands if any cop can here it past 50 feet when stopped the fine starts at 275$ and add 10$ per 5 feet
i say if a motorcycle can hit 135DB at 100 feet why not us why don't they get hit for the same fine it's listed as a noise violation not anti-stereo law
make them comply if we have to. and 2x the fines for pre 10am and post 6pm
that's all i have to say
i think it's fare, if it's ok for other people to protest with signs that say "thank god for IED's" come on that's B.S.
