Chicago Cardinals True 1925 NFL Champions

All attached signatures contained in this document support the NFL's decision to hold the 1925 Chicago Cardinals as the true champions. The Cardinals, led by Hall of Fame QB, John "Paddy" Driscoll, were one of the best teams of the era. The franchise and ownership played by the established NFL rules of the time, and have been duly awarded the Championship based on the official decision of the National Football League. We feel that all evidence presented thereafter is completely subjective and emotionally driven. We also present that people are using a controversial subject to gain a forum for their own personal agendas. Please do not give them the opportunity to advance this beyond where it should officially remain.



The Maroons (10-2)were a talented team in 1925 as were the Chicago Cardinals (11-2-1), Detroit Panthers (8-2-2), and Frankford Yellow Jackets (most wins 13). As true followers of the greatest game in the world, we recognize that the rules a league sets forth for its franchises need to be followed, and blatant, arrogant violations should not be tolerated. 80 years does not heal the self-inflicted, supercilious wounds a franchise exacted on itself.
