CSS on Horseland

For those of you that don't know what CSS is, it's what changes your Horseland backgrounds, text, links and scrollbars different colours, sizes and positions. For those of us that make layouts, the removal of CSS is very distressing and leads to many customers being unsatisfied with our layouts. This petition is basically to bring back CSS on Horseland.
We have had CSS on Horseland previously, and I along with many others, don't understand why it has been removed for "safety". It's perfectly safe, as far as I'm aware. This is the main reason why many of the Horseland member pages have had errors and have been deleted.
Please sign the petition if you are a layout maker or if you have been affected by this action of Horseland's in any way, shape or form.

I dont agree. obviously, if HL took off CSS it was for a reason. they know more than you do.

I agree. I have been making layouts for years and they no longer look so fine without being able to color the links or add other effects to them.
