Diablo 2 Spam Bot Petition

By signing this we (the players and purchasers of Blizzard Games) agree to boycott all pre-order and retail/digital purchases Diablo 3 until Blizzard takes their responsibilities seriously, and bans/removes all Spam Bots that plague the Diablo 2 section of Battle.net. These Spam Bots break the Terms of Use Agreement and/or Terms of Service Agreement and Blizzard has not acted accordingly, although they have been notified about said breach.

These Spam Bots are programs that join games, or make their own, with the intention of spamming web addresses that will provide people with the opportunity to purchase digital (and illegally) obtained items in lieu for actual money. Not only is this a legality, but it is a constant annoyance that hinders the game play of thousands to tens of thousands of players each and every day.
