On September 20th, 2006 in front of Florida A&M Universitys School of Journalism and Graphic Communications a students was assaulted.
Anna Taylor, 3rd year Public Relations student of Miami, Fl was verbally abused and physically assaulted by Officer Westbrook of the FAMU Police Department.
It was on this day that Officer Westbrook lowered the professionalism of the FAM
UPD. He used vulgar language and put his hands on the student.
The student suffered a panic attack that led to chest pains and a bruised wrist.
At FAMU we come to receive a higher education and feel safe not threatened by those appointed to serve and protect
Please sign the petition to voice the concern for students and the community at large and have Officer Westbrook removed so he will no longer have the opportunity to cause harm.
