Dr. Mahavir Singh Rakhi - CVO MUST REVOKE THIS MONSTER's LICENSE

Abuse of anything that God made is not the character of God, but rather of the Evil One. Domestic Animals: "A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel" (Proverbs 12:10) What this ingrate has done to these poor defenceless pets is despicable! This breezy penalty of license suspension should make us all question CVO all together. This "punishment" can only be interpreted to mean that CVO doesn't seem to think that someone beating a dog to the point where it almost dies or choking it to the point where it urinates from fear warrants license revocation. So I ask... if this abuse doesn't encompass the exact reason why he should never practise again than WHAT IS? Must these poor animals die at his hands before he loses his license?!?? SERIOUSLY CVO.... come on! Does he have to kill a poor animal before they see that he hasn't properly been punished?!?? Please sign to help these animals get justice. Let's make an effort to ensure that NO more defenceless pets will ever go through this pain while in an examination room with by revoking his license.
