It is a well known fact that the upcoming release of Battlefield 2142 will not be supporting Widescreen resolutions/fields of view. We, the undersigned find this unnaceptable. The game was demoed at E3 on widescreen montiors, yet the finished game will not support this feature.
Widescreen gaming is the fastest growing segment of the gamer's market, yet, you've completely sidestepped the issue. Claims of an "unfair advantage" are baseless and weak. A simple tweak to the in-game rules setup would give server hosts the option to allow widescreen gamers or not. Yet you refuse to add this feature.
We will not be ignored. We will not be left in the dark. We, the undersigned, will be boycotting this game until widescreen support is added. Remember to bring this point of order up at your next shareholders meeting, to explain why sales are down.

I will buy this game, but i am dissapointed. Half Life 2 supports widescreen, and Bf2/2142 does not. Why?
