Deoarece guvernul nu doreste eliminarea taxelor pentru masinile second-hand din Uniunea Europeana, din care facem parte si noi din 2007, va propun sa semnam aceasta petitie pentru eliminarea oricaror taxe care contravin prevederilor europene.
